Rezumat

The complex analysis of the varieties of tomatoes obtained in vitro Solanum lycopersicon L. Sîromeatnicov Iulia, Cotenco Eugenia, Botnari Vasile. Institute of Genetics, Physiology and Plants Protection, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, street Forest 20, MD2002. Tomatoes varieties Iuliperuan obtained as a result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum peruvianum var. dentatum CH Mull. with and the Victorina variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.), by in vitro culture of embryos and undeveloped ovules, and the vegetation period is 114-120 days, it is the early variety. The fruit is round and flat with the weigh 85-100g, without the wrinkled peduncle, with fleshy pericarp and interior pulp. Fruits with high taste qualities, the dry matter content of the fruits 5.4 - 7.5%, sugars 5.2 - 6.4%, ascorbic acid 30.1- 49.0 mg/%, titratable acidity 0,39-0,63 mg/%. The total harvest of tomato is 54,1-58,9 t/ha. The share of commodities is 95,4%. Flacăra and Mia, was obtained as a result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum hirsutum varglabratum CH Mull. with small green fruit with glandular hairs and the Prizior variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.) with red medium-sized fruit, reproduced by in vitro culture. Variety Flacara and the vegetation period is 81-108 days, it is the early variety. The fruit is round and flat with the weigh 45.8-65.0g, without the wrinkled peduncle, with fleshy pericarp and interior pulp. Fruits with high taste qualities, the dry matter content of the fruits 5.6 - 6.5%, sugars 5.3 - 7.6%, ascorbic acid 31.5- 41.3 mg/%, titratable acidity 0,34-0,39 mg/%. The total harvest of tomato is 48,9-52,4 t/ha and commodities - 44,3-49,9 t/ha. The share of commodities is 93,6%, variety Mia of the vegetation period is 89-105 days, it is the early variety. The fruit is round and flat with the weigh 49.3-52.0g, without the wrinkled peduncle, with fleshy pericarp and interior pulp. Fruits with high taste qualities, the dry matter content of the fruits 5.9 - 6.5%, sugars 6.2 - 7.6%, ascorbic acid 31.5- 41.3 mg/%, titratable acidity 0,29-0,35mg/%. The total harvest of tomato is 50,2,7-55,8t/ha. The share of commodities is 92,7%. Recommendation: The variety is productive, resistant to drought. It is recommended for fresh consumption and processing.
