Rezumat

The paper aims to achieve the following priority tasks that were successfully fulfilled: analysis of international reports reflecting the quality of the business environment and the level of competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova compared to other states in the region in 2017; analysis of the monitoring report on the implementation of the Policy Matrix of the Roadmap for Improving the Competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova in 2017; to formulate conclusions on the main constraints limiting the economic growth that emerges from the analysis of the Monitoring Report on the implementation of the Policy Matrix of the Roadmap and the international rankings. The paper emphasizes also the importance of cooperation among produces in order to overcome competition constraints and making easier the access to foreign markets.
