This article summarizes the ideas of Constantin Stere regarding the scope and tasks of state. The constitutionalist does not accept the notion of a goal of state; the goal is identical to the goals of the lives of the members of the society. Constantin Stere writes about the tasks of state – an identical notion to the modern functions of state. In the context of the current financial crisis, a special interest is presented in the ideas of Constantin Stere regarding the economic functions of state and it is firmly pronounced that the state cannot interfere in the affairs of religion and science. |
