The work is dedicated to the introduction, study and promoted on our region climatic condition of a newfangled, valuable medicinal and food culture of Salvia hispanica L., or chia of the family Lamiaceae. During the four years of study was found that this type is well adapted. The plants have been in all phases and periods of onto-genetic development, forming completed and germinating seeds. Which have medicinal and nutritional properties, are rich in minerals, organic acids (omega-3), antioxidants, protein complex. It can become a profitable crop, being demanded in increasing quantities on the European market. |
