Rezumat

The oriented synthesis of dimethylglioximates with general formula [Co(DH)2(Thio)2]X⋅nH2O, where DH2 – dimethylglyoxime; Thio – thiocarbamide, X - [BF4]-, [PF6]-, 1/2[SiF6]2-, 1/2[ZrF6]2- was carried out. The structure and properties of named complexes were studied by modern methods (IR, UV-Vis, NMR 1H and 19F, X-ray diffraction study). The biological tests made on fungal strains of genre Aspergillus – producers of amylases showed the biostimulator effect of the same studied complexes on the enzimogenesis process relative to origin of strains. The enzymatic activity increased up to 41.6%. The biostimulating properties of dioximats with similar composition of complex cation depend on the nature of the anion.
