In cities, both at group and individual level, a series of social economic interrelationships take place, resulting the urban housing. Housing is a key factor in the development of human settlements, at the same time constituting a measure of social welfare. The degree of comfort enjoyed by the inhabitants of a city is given by its level of equipment with various facilities (urban, technical, social and cultural) that meet the needs and aspirations of community members. Expression of a high-quality residence, the state of residential comfort can achieve once the conditions of interaction of influential factors such as: the height of the buildings, their density and favorable orientation, the reduction of the various types of pollution, the existence of landscaped green spaces are met. The urban spaces of collective residential assemblies can respond to the human needs of recreation and socialization, by providingthe appropriate lanscape design for its. Because the most of these spaces are degraded, there is a pressing issue of rehabilitating them with the aim of increasing the quality of urban life.
