The social perception of globalization generates controversial issues. Most of people are conscient of the major transformations that the society is going through, but still, as it concerns the globalization of juridical values there remain many doubts that cause disputes between those who are interested in exploring the compatibility of these phenomena.The paper work shows how controversial the process of globalization is. |
