In this article we propose to analyze the value of ideological language in promoting the protection and safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage in the Republic of Moldova, which has an essential character in raising culturalspiritual immunity in our society. Every state is defined by territory, society, national interests, government, laws, history, culture, national economy, way of life - all these characteristics distinguishing it from any other state, having its own ideological language as a fact of thought that carries meaning and meanings with social-political value. Thus, the immaterial cultural patrimony as a whole of the elements of authentic traditional creation, valuable from a historical and cultural perspective, transmitted from generation to generation, expressed in literary, musical, choreographic or theatrical forms, as well as a set of practices, representations, expressions, knowledge and abilities. it is part of our country’s cultural heritage and obviously needs high quality protection and safeguarding. We are firmly convinced that this rigor will be carried out and will have continuity through the instrument of ideological language, having in itself structured ideas and strong aspirations for the respective task.
