Rezumat

În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele verificării experimentale a principiilor științifice de elaborare a strategiei de inducere exogenă a cros-toleranţei plantelor. S-a demonstrat că inducerea cros-toleranței plantelor poate fi asigurată prin utilizarea exogenă a agenților cu impact pozitiv asupra reacțiilor nespecifice de răspuns a plantelor la acțiunea factorilor adverși. Ca test-criterii de selectare a inductorilor cros-toleranței sunt: a) gradul de activizare a mecanismelor de autoreglare a homeostaziei apei; b) a mecanismelor de majorare a potențialului antioxidant al plantelor; c) de intensificare / stabilizare a proceselor de sinteză a substanțelor cu funcție de protecție; d) a caracterelor morfogenetice (creștere, productivitate). A fost stabilit efectul unor compuși de tip citokininic, administrați exogen, asupra reacțiilor corelate cu răspunsul adecvat la seceta repetată, formării stres-memoriei și cros-toleranței plantelor de soia.

The article presents the results of experimental verification of scientific principles underlying the strategy of exogenous induction of cross-resistance in plants. It has been shown that the induction of cross-resistance in plants can be provided by exogenous use of agents that positively influencing the nonspecific responses of plants to the action of adverse factors. As test-criteria for selection of cross-tolerance inductors can be: a) the degree of activation of mechanisms of self-regulation of water homeostasis; b) the degree of activation of mechanisms to increase the antioxidant potential of plants; c) enhancement/stabilization of the synthesis of substances with a protective function; d) morphogenetic features (growth, productivity). The effect of exogenous treatment of plants with cytokinin-type compounds on reactions that correlate with an adequate response of soybean plants to the formation of stress memory during repeated drought and to the manifestation of cross-tolerance of soybean plants were established.

В статье представлены результаты экспериментальной проверки научных принципов, лежащих в основе стратегии экзогенной индукции кросс-устойчивости растений. Показано, что индукция кросс-устойчивости растений может быть обеспечена экзогенным применением агентов положительно влияющих на неспецифические ответные реакции растений на действие неблагоприятных факторов. В качестве тест-критериев отбора индукторов кросс-устойчивости являются: а) степень активизации механизмов саморегуляции водного гомеостаза; б) механизмов повышения антиокислительного потенциала растений; в) усиления/стабилизации процессов синтеза веществ с защитной функцией; г) морфогенетические признаки (рост, продуктивность). Установлен эффект экзогенной обработки растений соединениями цитокининого типа на реакции, коррелирующие с адекватным ответом растений сои на формирование стресс-памяти при повторной засухе и на проявление кросс-толерантности растений сои.
