Global increase in the resistance level of microorganisms to antibacterial drugs is a serious problem in the treatment of UTI and bacterial prostatitis, which requires the search for alternative strategies and new approaches to facilitate treatment efficacy and prevent complications. Antibiotic administration is not sufficient to influence all pathophysiological stages of inflammation development.Studies on the morphological changes of prostate tissue in various forms of Reccurent Prostatitis indicate that the inflammatory process goes through a series of stages: alterative, exudative, and proliferative. The completion of the productive stage of inflammation is followed by the formation of multiple sclerosis or local fibrosis. The sclerotic process of the prostate requires complex treatment for both the connective tissue formed and the immune-inflammatory process that contributes to its formation. Proliferation of connective tissue in RP restricts access of drugs to prostate gland tissues. Pathogenetic therapy with classical hyaluronidase drugs has been shown to be ineffective due to the rapid inactivation of their action in the final stages of connective tissue formation. |
