Rezumat

Lavender hybrids evaluated in 7th year of vegetation are distinguished by a number of quantitative characters that influence the productivity of: plant height (52.5-69.5 cm), the length of the ear floral (6.8-11.6 cm), the number of flower stems per plant (477- 680). Created and evaluated genotypes manifest heterosis to a important number of quantitative characters. The character „plant size”, heterosis effect comparative to the native form recorded values from +12,9% to + 49,9%. Most hybrids show heterosis at the length of the inflorescence, the heterosis effect was from +11,3% to + 98,3%, and the number of floral stems from +30.3 to +94.3. The heterosis effect manifested by hybrids on the essential oil content is until + 78,7%. The highest effect of heterosis (+ 96,6%) was manifested by the hybrid Fr.8-5-7-45V to floral ear length (11.8 cm.).
