The study focuses on the history of Soviet-Finnish relations since the signing of the Non-Aggression Treaty of January 21, 1932, till the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact of August 23, 1939. It is mentioned that the uncertainty in the Soviet-Finnish relations maintained until the Anglo-Franco-Soviet negotiations from Moscow failed, after which the MolotovRibbentrop Pact will simplify the attitude of the USSR in its relations with Finland. |
