Rezumat | ||||||
In the present study we have elucidated the strategies and techniques of political PR used by the electoral actors in the parliamentary elections of February 24, 2019, which for the first time in the history of the Republic of Moldova were based on the mixed electoral system, with 50 deputies elected in a single national constituency and 51 deputies - in uninominal constituencies. Following the elections, in the Legislative there ascend: the PAS Electoral Plat-form DA (ACUM), PSRM, PDM and three independent candidates. The central themes in the electoral rhetoric were: the traditional cleavage of Moldova’s politics - East-West, high-level corruption, the integrity of the political class, national security, and the block of social issues. For the first time, an electoral actor - the block ACUM (NOW) - focuses on rhetoric on the topic of "deoligarchization" of the Moldovan state. |
