Articolul abordează o problemă actuală a implementării exigenţelor Procesului Bologna – organizarea activităţii independente a studenţilor. Se argumentează necesitatea, importanţa şi efectele activităţii independente în pregătirea profesională a studenţilor, fiind elucidat impactul orientării personale, cât şi a motivaţiei studentului asupra creativităţii în cadrul lucrului de sine stătător. În lucrare sunt descrise diverse forme de organizare a activităţii independente a studenţilor. Sunt prezentate modele de aplicare a unora dintre ele, printre care şi jocul constructiv.

This study focuses on the problem of implementation the imperatives of the Bologna Process – structuring the independent student work. It brings arguments that prove the necessity and importance of the independent activity for the professional development of the students. Of a special standing is the impact of the professional orientation, as well as of the motivation of the students upon their independent work. The work reveals different forms of organizing the independent activity of the students. The study presents some of these forms in the article, among them being the constructive work.
