One of the most studied themes from modern psychology is emotional intelligence. Researches consider that emotional intelligence in the most important ability in life success. The given research presents a model of increasing and developing emotional intelligence at adolescents. The purpose and main principles of psychological program of emotional intelligence development at adolescents are underlined. As a result of psychological program adolescents demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy. They can recognise, identify and understand their own emotions and feelings and also can feel compassion and can empathize, console other peoples. |
