The article describes the problem of lack scientific thinking development of a lot of teachers that are involved in process of education modernization. The solution can be found in scientific thinking development in teachers. It is also explained the principles of scientific thinking development through a complex program implemented in a psychological experiment. Author explains every principle and develops a model of components of scientific thinking that gives the possibility to understand the ways of scientific thinking development. On the end of the article it can be found the conclusion of why it is so necessary to develop scientific thinking in teachers and what are the results of this long, not easy and complex process.
