People are different. It is an undisputed truth of the Earth. And when we speak about the differences between people, we find that they all attract conflicts and their challenging. What differences lead to conflicts? What are the sources of conflict? Who are the conflict people? How to resolve the conflicts? What is the advisable strategy in confrontation? When not to use avoidance strategy? There are several questions to be answered in this article. The article describes five classic conflict resolution strategies – collaboration, confrontation, adaptation, compromise and avoidance, each effective in certain situations. Knowledge of conflicting personalities and respect the principles of conflict management will certainly provide some peaceful relations with your entourage. |
