In order to prepare students for EU society more and more increasingly based on knowledge, the teachers of higher educational institutions are required to develop student’s a new set of skills, which often require new teaching methods. Moreover there is an increasing demand for teachers to teach in groups of students who have different native languages and cultures, with different levels of skills and especially students with disabilities. All of these put the issue of development a curriculum for initial teacher training in higher education institutions, to support the formation of these modern pedagogical skills of inclusive education, to be consistent with the new directions in which higher education is headed.
