| Rezumat | ||||||
The relation between self-esteem and aggressive behavior is discussed from different points of view. The empirical findings have indicated an inconsistency and contradictory evidence regarding the relation between self-esteem and aggressive behavior. Some of them seem to support the general strong intuition according to which low self-esteem is connected with aggression. Some studies have argued that aggression are related to positive self-appraisals. This article aims to examine an explanation for the controversial findings in research. |
