Rezumat

Several fungi genera cause biodegradation of apples during storage. Their timely identification allows selecting effective methods of apple treatment and optimal conditions of storage to prevent further growth and dissemination of fungi. A set of primers was designed for identification of Penicillium, Botrytis, Monilinia and Colletotrichum species that cause apple spoilage in repositories. The performances of the primers were specific and allowed pathogen identification and species discrimination.

Cuvinte-cheie
PCR, molecular identification, apple rot, molds, apple storage
