Rezumat

The terrorism become a weapon of intimidation in the everlasting misunderstandings of diverse countries and civilizations, that a very different one from another trough the conception and the sense of life with its cultural and moral norms. The techniques that are used by the terrorists are very different (kidnapping, taking out people hostages, killings, explosions, poisoning of the water, the spread of diseases, etc.). From the whole of traditional methods there are: attacks of state chiefs, attacks on the diplomatic missions and on the politicians or on other popular people for their points of view, attacks on public institutions or commercial factories, on planes. According to mass-media, in the present there are in the world 500 terrorist organizations that have different orientations. But not taking in consideration the statistics, the reality is more painful.
