Material and methods. There were investigated a training conditions of the children in the 9 schools from Chișinău, were determination of microclimatic indices, concentration of CO2 and CO Results. In winter cold period air temperatures value was very low during studying. Temperatures values of 17oC was registered in the school. At the beginning of the lessons the average values of temperature were 16,2±0,4, than in the end of the lessons it was 15,6±0,1. Relative air humidity in the classrooms varies during the lessons, but exceeds hygienic normative level (hygienic norm 30-60%) in all investigated schools. Concentration of the carbon dioxide exceeds admissible limits at the end of the lessons in all schools, but the biggest value was registered in 3 schools exceeding hygienic normative (MAC - 0,1%) in 3 times. Conclusion. The eff ectuated investigations in the study frame highlighted the existence of training conditions, which could exercise negative or positive action on the health state of children.
