This paper presents the experimental results concerning the fertilization of maize for grain by using organic (10t/ha, 20t/ha and 30t/ha compost) and chemical manure (N100P75K75) within the Didactic Experimental Station from the Moldavian Plateau, during the agricultural year 2010. The current study aimed at quantifying the crop considering its variant and quality. The analysis of the achieved data revealed a significant increase of the crop in the variant fertilized with compost toward the unfertilized sample, as well as an improvement of NPK and dry substance contents. The results evidenced the opportunity of organic fertilization for the maize crop by the use of compost, within the ecologic farms. |
