The subject of the following notes is the recent study about the popular novel „Alexandria”. This edition, brought out by a group of experts from the Romanian Academy Library, consists of facsimiled reproduction of a Romanian copy under the quota 869, kept at the Bucharest Library and also of an interpretative transcrption of the manuscript. The importance of the published text is emphasized due to both its linguistic form and the valuable images made with great mastery by the copyist from Iasi. |
