The article presents the results of evaluation of goats from the local population on the basis of three specialized farms, it also reflects the specifics of goats’ exterior aspect, body weight, age structure of herds, the particularities of some qualitative characters’ expression in local biological material, the shape and size of the mammary gland and nipples of nanny-goats. It presents the evolution of body weight of youth from birth until the age of 6 months and it shows some problems requiring solution. |
