Rezumat

The x-ray analysis and sorptional-structural characteristics obtained from nitrogen adsorption isotherms for bentonite Largutza (R. Moldova) pillared with aluminum oligomers were elucidated. Specific surface area (after BET) of pillared adsorbents increases by 1.5-2 times as compared to the initial bentonite. The synthesized adsorbents on the basis of bentonite Largutza possess high thermal stability after calcination at 350-450 °C. The kinetics of the conversion of oleic acid to esterification with ethylic alcohol is influenced by the modification of the surface properties of the adsorbents - acidity, sorption-structural characteristics and thermal stability. On the whole, pillared adsorbents obtained on the basis of bentonite Largutza possess real prospects for obtaining bio-fuel from vegetable oils.
