The article is devoted to the study of ways to increase the effectiveness of the means of obtaining information from a person in a criminal pre-trial proceeding. A general description of the effectiveness of means of obtaining information from a person is given, taking into account the speed of their implementation and compliance with the requirements of legality and lawfulness.
