GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavioral Effectiveness) is an indisputable academic reference in the field of intercultural management and leadership. This choice is explained by the scale and recognition dedicated to this very large project, also by the precision and development of universally appreciated specific characteristics of managers in different cultures. GLOBE researchers have developed and worked on nine dimensions of national and six leadership cultures to support their project, which seeks to understand managerial preferences in various regions In the article below we focused on the analysis of cultural variables/dimensions. |
