Motivation should not be considered and interpreted as a purpose, but served as a way of achieving high successes. Success is a higher level of accomplishment of purpose. From the perspective of the different forms of human activity (play, learning, work, creation), what is of interest is the value of motivation and its propulsive efficiency. In this context, the problem of motivation for success to adolescent has not only a theoretical importance, but also a practical one. |
