Rezumat

The immune system is a major component of the tumor micromedium with which the tumor presents a permanent exchange of biological signals. The immune response, specifically mediated by T-killer cells, as well as the cells of the innate immune system, can be an effective mechanism in anti-tumor defense. Malignant tumor can develop mechanisms of "tolerance", particularly when invading the tissue barriers and metastasize, as well as by inducing resistance mechanisms that prevent the immune system from eliminating them. Immune system mechanisms should provide protection for the body against "non-self" or selal to others. Obviously, patients with malignant tumors find insufficient defense mechanisms, both local and general.Normally, in these cases, immune-stimulating therapy is indicated, so-called immunotherapy. What is immunotherapy?Anticancer immunotherapy, in the study for nearly a century, still remains in the experimental phase. However, it is the subject of numerous therapeutic trials throughout the world and no doubt has great prospects in treating cancer cure. Immunology, a powerful new weapon in the arsenal of anticancer treatments.Monoclonal antibodies stimulate the body's natural defense system to specifically attack cells affected by LNH. Monoclonal antibodies are a common feature in your body as part of the natural defense system called the immune system.
