Сrabul de mâl (nord-american) Rhithropanopeus harrisi (Gould, 1841), prins în luna martie 2016 în lacul refrigerent Cuciurgan este o primă descoperire a acestei specii invazive în apele Republicii Moldova, specie aclimatizată în apele salmastre ale Europei și estuarele Mării Negre. Sunt prezentate date contemporane privind particularităţile de mediu ale crabului de mâl (nord-american), căile de invazie și particularităţile, posibilităţile de populare a ecosistemelor acvatice din bazinul fluviului Nistru. O explicație veridică a apariției crabului de mâl în lacul refrigerent Cuciurgan ar fi introducerea întâmplătoare a acestuia în stadiul larvar odată cu plasarea puietului de Pilengas (Liza haematocheilus) din estuarul Hadjibey. Regimul termic şi mineralizarea lacului refrigerent Cuciurgan ar putea fi factorii, care ar determina prezenţa crabului de mâl (Rh. harrisi) în hidrobiocenozele lacului.

The mud crab Rhithropanopeus harrisi (Gould, 1841) caught in March 2016 in Kuchurgan reservoir-cooler of the Moldovan Power Station, is the first discovery of the invasive species in the waters of Moldova, which was naturalized in the brackish waters of Europe and the Black Sea estuaries. Providing current data on the environmental atributes of the mud crab, the ways of its invasion and the possibility of living in freshwater ecosystems of the Dniester River basin. A more likely explanation for the appearance in the Kuchurgan storage reservoir of the found species could be considered the incidental to the delivery at the larval stage of harder from the “Hadzibeysky liman” (firth). The thermal regime and the mineralization of the Kuchurgan storage reservoir will be possible to promote the inclusion of the mud crab into the structure of hydrobiocenoses of reservoir.  37 references, 2 figures.

Особь илистого (североамериканского) краба Rhithropanopeus harrisi (Gould, 1841), пойманная в марте 2016 г. в Кучурганском водохранилище-охладителе Молдавской ГРЭС, представляет собой первую находку этого вида-вселенца в водоемах Молдовы, натурализовавшегося в солоноватых водоемах Европы и причерноморских лиманах. Приводятся современные данные об экологических особенностях илистого краба, путях его инвазии и возможности его обитания в пресноводных экосистемах бассейна Днестра. Наиболее вероятным объяснением появления в Кучурганском водохранилище обнаруженных экземпляров следует считать случайный завоз на личиночной стадии при зарыблении пиленгасом из Хаджибейского лимана. Термический режим и минерализация Кучурганского водохранилища, возможно, будут способствовать включению североамериканского краба в структуру гидробиоценоза водохранилища. Библ. – 37, рис.-2.
