Improving the daily routine of lawyers using informational technology with help, they can facilitate their activity. In this project will be represented all the opportunities and benefits the inconveniences and errors that may appear using information technology in the legal field. Based on the analysis we can conclude about the advantages of using informational technology in the legal field; also, its use implies a minimal risk of mechanical and human errors. Research limitations/implications: this work promotes informational development of legal fields, which in essence is a characteristic of the rule of law of R. Moldova. Results of the work: conclusions, recommendations and findings available to the general public, communities can be useful for extending access to justice and resolving disputes easier, faster and cheaper. Law technology has influenced every aspect of the legal field, from law firm and corporate practice to courtroom operation and document management. Information technologies are in constantly developing, which produces a chain reaction. The implementation of new knowledge in all areas of activity requires continuous development. The legal field requires tremendous work to be conquered but using informational technologies will reduce significantly the overcrowded activity of clerks, lasers, judges. For example: with mobile devices and wireless networks enabling lawyers to work remotely from any location, law firms are reducing the size of their offices and reconfiguring workspaces. |
