Ethics and deontological code of police officer is an instrument for the police personnel and a mean of transparecy as well through which the citizens and other authorities can learn the principles that lead police work the comunity. In recent years in terms of policing developed in different specialties and pragmatizată fragmented to a maxi- mum, the necessity of forming a new legal and ethical value system would be an effective mechanism in the restructuring of our democratic society.
