Наукова стаття присвячена аналізу публічно-сервісного підходу до розуміння призначення сучасної держави та її функцій. Визначено, що публічно-сервісна діяльність держави – це діяльність державних інституцій щодо надання публічних послуг. Установлено принципи побудови сучасної держави за умови застосування сервісного підходу. Сформульовано завдання публічно-сервісної держави, що мають сприяти становленню держави, орієнтованої на громадян як реципієнтів. Запропоновано напрямки подальшого реформування органів державної влади сучасної української держави під час застосування концепції публічно-сервісної держави

A scientific article is devoted to the analysis of public-service approach to understanding the assignment of the modern State and its functions. Determined that public-service activities of the State are an activity of public institutions for the provision of public services. Establishes the principles of building a modern State when applying the service approach. Tasks of public service of the State, which should contribute to the establishment of the State, development-oriented citizens as recipients of services. Directions of further reform of bodies of State power of the modern Ukrainian State in the application of the concept of a public service of the State..   

Articolul științific este dedicat analizei abordării serviciilor publice de înțelegere a scopului statului modern și a funcțiilor sale. Se constată că activitățile de serviciu public ale statului sunt activitățile instituțiilor statului în furnizarea serviciilor publice. Principiile de construire a unui stat modern sunt stabilite pe baza condiției de abordare a serviciului. Sunt formulate sarcinile statului de serviciu public, care ar trebui să contribuie la formarea unui stat orientat către cetățeni ca destinatari. Sunt propuse direcțiile de reformare ulterioară a autorităților de stat ale statului modern ucrainean în timpul aplicării conceptului de stat de serviciu public
