Rezumat

This issue of the magazine - "For Quality in Education" - is a jubilee one, being dedicated to the anniversary of 10 years from the foundation of the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA: 10 years of pleading for quality in education - the basic indicator of the social development in the context of a knowledge society. Regarding the contribution of the Educational Center PRO DIDACTICA to the realization of educational reform, its role in the educational process from The Republic of Moldova, its importance in the professional and personal training of didactic staff, school managers, trainers and its former employees, please read in the rubric PRO DIDACTICA - 10 YEARS FOR QUALITY IN EDUCATION. Moldovan society and the promotion of quality in education form the central idea of the articles included in the QUO VADIS? rubric: „Conceptual dimensions of quality in education" (Vl. Pâslaru), „Dimensions and concerns of a qualitative education" (O. Dandara), „The role of evaluation in the modern approach of quality in education" (A. Ghicov), "Multi-aspectual and consistent modernization of the educational system - ensuring development and well-being of citizens" (N. Velişco). Integration of children with special educational needs in the mass education, inclusive practices disseminated in the Republic of Moldova represent the subject of the materials posted within the rubric INCLUDING ME, edited in partnership with the Day Center „Speranţa", the focus being on quality and quantity in the inclusive education. The articles from the rubric EX CATHEDRA -„Curriculum of a new generation" (Vl. Guţu), „Compe-tences: at the stake of authentic training and evaluation" (M. Hadarca), „Quality of the didactic framework" (T. Callo), „The dinomic capacity of the teacher and quality" (V. Tvircun), „Sequential influences of the organizational culture on the educational quality" (V. Guzgan), „The teacher-pupil-parent relation: tendencies, perspectives, culture and educational optimum" (L. Cuznetov) - relate to different aspects of quality at the level of educational system, of school, of classes, of the relations between educational actors. The rubric DOCENDO DISCIMUS presents a research about the connections between ecological and axiological education, signed by L. Saranciuc-Gordea, some reflections about computers as trans-disciplinary instruments (I. Ciobanu) and also a reflexive essay about the essence of pedagogy (A. Muntean). The rubric EXERCITO, ERGO SUM focuses on some experiences that, in authors' opinion, could contribute to improving the daily teaching: „Reading between necessity, obligation and pleasure" (A. Gra-ma-Tomita), „Didactic experiences: frontier literature" (M. Boldis.or), „Development of competences during the lessons of biology: form the general to the specifics" (N. Bernaz), „A chemistry lesson" (L. Tocan), historical gymnastic" (M. Grecu), „Extra-course activities for History" (A. Birladeanu). The rubric DEVELOPING cRITIcAL THIN-KING presents a model of a workshop, elaborated by S.Lisenco and presented in the volume entitled „Trai-ning competences through some interactive didactic strategies", that was recently published in the PRO DIDACTICA Collection, Here and Now series. S. Cristea traditionally signs the rubric DICTIO-NARY, defining the concept of educational quality.
