The Penal Code established an excusable order of sanctions for homicides made in real and personal circumstances, which justifies more or less the criminal behaviour of the law breaker. On the list of murders is included the crime of infanticide with its own particularities in itself. In accordance with the article 147 from the Penal Code infanticide is the murder of a new born child, made in the time of the birth or im mediately after the birth by its m other who is experiencing a state of physical and psychological disturbance, with the loss of her judgement, caused by the childbearing.
