Organizational culture is a general term that defines the values, the importance, the faith, the norms and the practices that exist in organizations. Corporate culture includes both of the visible layers of the organization's values, and the hidden layer, the normative foundations on which the visible layers are built on it, which includes the premises, social values and norms of conduct that applied in the organization. Understanding of corporate culture enables members of the organization to achieve their goals more effectively. |
