| Rezumat | ||||||
This article is based on examination of different opinions, conceptual and methodological approach, concerning the nature and the essence of the electoral system. It is a systematization of theoretical and methodological aids, opposite to the essence of the electoral system, elucidated in the social sciences system.
The electoral system, being either major, proportional representation or joint, are the result of the carried law by the Members of Parliament or of the referendum, they always become the purpose of the decision nof the statesmen. |
