В статье рассматриваются концептуальные положения проведения следственных розыскных действий, определяются основы взаимодействия следователя и оперативных подразделений при раскрытии уголовного правонарушения, определении вины подозреваемого, установлении фактических данных, их процессуальном закреплении в качестве доказательств. Определены теоретические и практические элементы предоставления к исполнению поручения следователя к оперативным подразделениям во время раскрытия уголовного правонарушения, установление фактов, свидетельствующих о его совершение. Раскрывается механизм предоставления, исполнения поручения следователя оперативными подразделениями. Предлагаются пути усовершенствования действующего законодательства Украины

The article deals with the conceptual provisions of carrying out investigation investigations, the interaction of the investigator and the operational units during the disclosure of a criminal offense, determining the guilty of the suspect, establishing the factual data, their procedural consolidation as evidence in criminal proceedings. The theoretical and practical elements of provision, execution of the investigator’s orders to the operational units during the disclosure of a criminal offense, and the establishment of facts testifying to his commission are provided. The mechanism of provision, execution of the order of the investigator is offered. The ways of improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine are offered. 

Articolul discuta prevederile conceptuale ale acțiunii de investigație. Cercetătorul stabilește baza pentru interacțiune și diviziuni operaționale în dezvăluirea infracțiunilor, definiția vinovăției bănuitului, stabilirea unor dovezi de consolidare procedurale ca probă. elemente teoretice și practice prestate de, executarea ordinelor de inspector la unitățile operaționale în timpul comunicării infracțiuni penale, să stabilească faptele, că dovezile comisiei sale. Se prezintă mecanismul de acordare, executare a ordinului investigatorului pe unități operaționale. Modalități propuse de îmbunătățire a legislației actuale a Ucrainei.
