У статті проаналізовано історичні етапи становлення й розвитку інституту судових доручень на українських землях шляхом дослідження писаних нормативно-правових актів починаючи від періоду Київської Русі й закінчуючи сьогоденням. Зазначено, що практику сприяння судочинству та забезпечення доказів, яку здійснювали дітські, отроки, мечники в Київській Русі, певною мірою можна розглядати як прообраз судових доручень щодо збирання доказів. У добу Великого князівства Литовського ті ж діцькі, вижі, дільчих, єдначі, пізніше – возні виконували подібні функції, що свідчить про розвиток інституту судових доручень щодо збирання доказів. Проаналізовано законодавчі акти Російської імперії, УРСР і сучасної України, що стосуються розвитку означеного інституту

The historical stages of the formation and development of the institute of rogatory letters on Ukrainian lands are analyzed by studying written legal acts from the period of Kievan Rus to the present. It is noted that the practice of facilitating legal proceedings and providing evidence provided by children, boys and girls in Kievan Rus could be considered as a prototype of court orders for the gathering of evidence. In the days of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the same girls, delegates, unions, and later, ravens, performed similar functions, indicating the development of the institute of court orders for the gathering of evidence. The legislative acts of the Russian Empire, the Ukrainian SSR and modern Ukraine concerning the development of the designated institute are analyzed.  

Analizat etape istorice de formare și de dezvoltare a institutului ordinelor judecătorești din terenurile ucrainene prin studiul actelor juridice scrise din perioada Rusiei Kievene și terminând cu prezentul. Se remarcă faptul că practica promovării justiției și asigurarea probelor, care a fost efectuat ditski, copii, spadasini în Rusia Kieveană, într-o anumită măsură poate fi considerată ca un tip de ordine judecătorești pentru a aduna probe. Ziua Marelui Ducat al Lituaniei același ditski, Vigie, Dolce, ednachi mai târziu - tam-tam, efectuați o funcție similară, aceasta indică dezvoltarea institutului ordinelor judecătorești pentru a aduna probe. Sunt analizate actele legislative ale Imperiului Rus, SSR ucrainean și Ucraina modernă, referitoare la dezvoltarea acestei instituții.
