Стаття присвячена комплексному науковому дослідженню міжнародно-правового захисту сімейних прав та інтересів дитини Європейським судом із прав людини. У статті визначається можливість перегляду судових рішень Європейським судом із прав людини щодо захисту сімейних прав та інтересів дитини, аналізується практика Європейського суду із прав людини щодо даної категорії справ у справах стосовно України та її вплив на ухвалення рішень щодо дитини національними судами, розглядаються правові позиції Європейського суду із прав людини щодо окремих категорій цивільних справ стосовно захисту прав та інтересів дитини, що випливають із сімейних правовідносин

The article is devoted to the comprehensive scientific research of the international legal protection of family rights and interests of the child by the European Court of Human Rights. The article identifies the possibility of reviewing judgments by the European Court of Human Rights on the protection of family rights and interests of the child, examines the practice of the European Court of Human Rights regarding this category of cases in Ukraine and its influence on the adoption of decisions on the child by national courts and also reviewing the legal positions of the European Court of Human Rights regarding certain categories of civil cases for the protection of the rights and interests of the child arising from family law.  

Articolul este dedicat cercetării științifice complexe a protecției juridice internaționale a drepturilor familiale și a intereselor copilului de către Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului. În articolul posibilitatea controlului jurisdicțional al deciziilor de către Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului pentru protecția drepturilor familiale și intereselor copilului, analizează practica Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului în această categorie de cazuri, în cazuri împotriva Ucrainei și impactul acesteia asupra procesului decizional în legătură cu copilul de către instanțele naționale, rozglyadaetsya juridice poziția Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului privind anumite categorii de cauze civile pentru protecția drepturilor și intereselor copilului care decurg din relațiile de familie.
