У статті проаналізовані особливості структури адміністративно-правового регулювання наукової діяльності аграрної сфери та окреслені шляхи вдосконалення правових відносин у цій галузі. Дослідження сконцентроване на доведенні об’єктивної необхідності процесів інтеграції та кооперації для сфери вітчизняного інноваційного аграрного виробництва, пропонується доповнення основних принципів кооперативно-інтеграційних процесів в Україні. З урахуванням зробленого аналізу висловлюються деякі власні авторські думки, зауваження й надаються пропозиції.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the structure of the administrative and legal regulation of the scientific activity of the agrarian sphere and outlines the ways of improving the legal relations in this field. The research focuses on the objective necessity of the integration and cooperation processes for the sphere of domestic innovative agricultural production, proposes to supplement the basic principles of cooperative-integration processes in Ukraine. Based on the analysis, some of the author's own thoughts, comments and suggestions are expressed.

Articolul analizează particularitățile structurii reglementării administrative și legale a activității științifice a sferei agrare și evidențiază căi de îmbunătățire a relațiilor juridice în acest domeniu. Cercetarea se concentrează asupra dezvoltării necesității obiective a proceselor de integrare și cooperare pentru sfera producției agricole inovatoare pe plan intern, se propune completarea principiilor de bază ale proceselor de integrare în cooperare în Ucraina. Luând în considerare analiza făcută, sunt exprimate opiniile, comentariile și sugestiile autorului propriu.
