Rezumat

Success of business usually depends on the ability to establish contact with partners, and such contact not only depends on what the interlocutors report states, but posts made by nonverbal side of communication. How we walk, how we shrug or how we gesture, how we dress, how we look, how gesticulate, how we react, how we drive a car or sitting at the table or in the office, etc. – each action bring a certain significance and communicate an idea. Our body always speaks without being aware of it. Mimicry, gestures, rhythm, attitude and way to go form an first impression of a person and this first impression persists. First impressions count, it says in an aphorism become idiomatic. Yeah, maybe it is not the true, maybe it is misleading, but it matters, because sometimes fate can not give you a second chance to prove your skills. Who has the body language perfectly, easily resolves some problems or actually produce positive impression on others, what motivates them to be better, more tolerant, more permissive or more receptive.
