[1] Согласно части (1) ст. 48 Конституции РМ семья является естественной и основной ячейкой общества и имеет право на защиту со стороны общества и государства. Согласно части (2) ст. 48 Конституции РМ семья основана на браке, заключенном по взаимному согласию мужчины и женщины, на их равноправии и на праве и обязанности родителей растить, воспитывать и обучать детей</p></cfAbstr>

Conform părții (2) a art. 48 din Constituția RM, familia se bazează pe o căsătorie, &icirc;ncheiată de comun acord &icirc;ntre bărbat și femeie, asupra egalității și dreptului și datoriei părinților de a crește, educa și educa copiii.<strong> &nbsp;</strong></p></cfAbstr>
