Today, most companies are experiencing substantial changes, technologically, structurally, operationally and so on. These changes could be better implemented with the help of better trained employees from a professional standpoint. Therefore, all the companies must acknowledge the necessity to invest, including in the intellectual potential of employees. The professional competence of employees can be ensured through continuous process of professional improvement, as well as the personal qualities of inch individual. Even if these are not at the top of priorities for global policies, new strategies of professional formation and improvement, represent the support axes of moving towards an economy and a society based on knowledge. |
