Статья посвящена определению основных административных аспектов развития аграрной науки в условиях реформирования агропромышленного комплекса. Проанализированы основные цели и задачи становления науки в аграрной сфере на современном этапе. Осуществляется анализ нормативных актов, концепций развития аграрной науки и образования с целью выведения основных этапов реформирования науки в аграрной сфере, определения позитивных и негативных моментов таких инициатив. Очерчены приоритетные пути развития науки в аграрном секторе Украины с целью дальнейшего привлечения инвестиций в инновационные процессы повышения эффективности аграрного производства

The article is devoted to the definition of the main administrative aspects of the development of agrarian science in the conditions of reforming the agro-industrial complex. The main goals and tasks of the development of science in the agrarian sphere at the present stage are analyzed. The analysis of normative acts, concepts of development of agrarian science and education is carried out with the purpose of deducing the main stages of science reform in the agrarian sphere, determining the positive and negative aspects of such initiatives. Priority ways of development of science in the agrarian sector of Ukraine are outlined with the aim of further attracting investments in innovative processes to increase the efficiency of agricultural production.  

Articolul este dedicat definirii principalelor aspecte administrative ale dezvoltării științei agrare în condițiile reformării complexului agroindustrial. Se analizează obiectivele și sarcinile principale ale dezvoltării științei în sfera agrară în stadiul actual. Analiza actelor normative, a conceptelor de dezvoltare a științei agrare și a educației se realizează cu scopul de a deduce principalele etape ale reformei științifice în sfera agrară, determinând aspectele pozitive și negative ale unor astfel de inițiative. Căile prioritare de dezvoltare a științei în sectorul agrar din Ucraina sunt prezentate cu scopul de a atrage în continuare investiții în procese inovatoare pentru creșterea eficienței producției agricole.
