Rezumat

This work focuses on the fabrication of stoichiometric CuInSe2 nanostructures with controllable physical parameters of the nanocrystals suitable for hybrid organic/inorganic photovoltaics. CuInSe2 nanostructures were prepared by the chemical close-spaced vapor transport (CCSVT) method onto Mo/barrier/glass substrates by using an In2Se3 source material and Cu precursors. The In2Se3 source material was volatilized in H2 ambience with the addition of HCl vapors at 550 °C. Three different types of Cu precursors were used: (i) Cu thin films (6–250 nm thick) deposited by e-beam, (ii) Cu nanoparticles prepared by spray pyrolysis and (iii) Cu nanostructures formed by applying the nanosphere lithography (using a monolayer of 450 nm nanospheres). The CCSVT process parameters were varied to reveal the optimum conditions for the preparation of secondary phases free CuInSe2 nanostructures. The structural characterization by x-ray diffraction in both grazing incidence and Θ-2Θ configurations revealed the formation of CuInSe2 chalcopyrite phase independently on the applied precursor type. The elemental composition of the as-prepared CuInSe2 nanostructures was analyzed by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry. In non-optimised processes, an excess of Se compared to stoichiometric composition was detected and attributed to the formation of molybdenum selenide and indium selenide phases. The formation of the latter secondary phases was suppressed by tuning the CCSVT deposition parameters.

REI este un concept care a căpătat o vizibilitate to mai mare &icirc;n cercetarea psihologică din ultimii ani. Cu toate acestea, cercetătorii au &icirc;n continuare probleme &icirc;n a-l diferenția de alte concepte asemănătoare. Prin urmare, acest articol are scopul de a realiza o delimitare clară &icirc;ntre REI și alte concepte care au fost utilizate ca alternative &icirc;n cercetare de-a lungul anilor (contagiunea emoțională, prezența afectivă, managementul impresiilor, coping-ul centrat pe relație, co-reglarea sau reglarea socială a emoțiilor). Acest studiu teoretic explică motivele pentru care toate aceste concepte nu pot fi utilizate interschimbabil &icirc;n cercetare. De asemenea, este prezentată importanța REI &icirc;n crearea și menținerea relațiilor interpersonale. Acest articol sintetizează și prezintă informații despre REI care sunt utile pentru o mai bună &icirc;nțelegere a conceptului, aspect care poate face cercetarea și practica mai ușoară, &icirc;n mod special pentru cei care sunt interesați de relațiile interpersonale.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Interpersonal emotion regulation (IER) is a process through which a person tries to deliberately influence others&rsquo; emotions. IER is a concept that became more visible in the last years in psychological research. However, the researchers still have some difficulties when it comes to differentiate it from other similar concepts. Therefore, this article aims to make a clear delimitation between IER and other concepts that were used instead throughout the years (emotional contagion, affective presence, impression management, relationship-focused coping, co-regulation or social emotion regulation). This theoretical study brings some explanations to why all these concepts cannot be used interchangeably in research. Also, it presents the importance of IER for the creation and maintenance of various interpersonal relationships. This article synthesizes and presents information about IER that is useful for a better understanding of the concept, an aspect that can make research and practice easier, especially for those that are focused on relationships.</p></description>
