Rezumat

A Good pedagogical practice has a theory of learning at its core. However, no single standard for e-learning has emerged, and perhaps unlikely given the range of learning and teaching styles, potential ways of implementing technology, and the way educational technology itself evolves. The first era of e-learning (before e-learning 2.0) was generally to create an e-learning medium alongside traditional classroom learning. Most e-learning materials were created by computer professionals and computer-skilled experts. Since learners are nothing more than users of eLearning material, they have contributed little to the creative process (Meredith and Newton 2003) With the switch to E-Learning 2 which combines the ease of pedagogical content creation, web publishing and integrated collaboration, learning becomes learner-directed intuitive action. In FFL teaching, freeing learners becomes more and more important as new technology surrounds us is independent of time and space. Shift® is one of the online learning tools that requires no technical knowledge or coding capability to create digital materials for use in the FFL classroom. Learners now demand freedom to access learning on all devices, where and when they need it. They use their tablets and laptops to access them. As a new mobile device comes on the market every other day. Shift® allows teachers to collaboratively prepare content and at the same time facilitate creation and presentation
