Rezumat

Polichistoza renală este o patologie în care are loc formarea de chisturi în rinichi. Au fost cercetaţi particularităţile clinico-evolutive şi de diagnostic a bolnavilor cu polichistoză renală. Au fost studiat 50 de pacienţi cu polichistoză renală: 30 de femei şi 20 de bărbaţi pe parcursul anilor 2014-2016. S-a depistat că polichistoza renală debutază din copilărie în circa 15-16% din cazuri şi debut la vârsta adultă în circa 85% cazuri. Examinarea ecografi că este metoda-screening ce permite stabilirea diagnosticului clinic, în urma căreia s-a depistat prezenţa chisturilor renale: de la 2-4 în 32% cazuri, chisturi multiple 62% cazuri, polichistoza unicului rinichi 6%.

Polycystic kidney is a pathology in which takes place the formation of cysts in the kidneys. Were investigated the peculiarities of the clinical-evolutionary and diagnosis of patients with polycystic kidney disease. Have been studied 50 patients with polycystic kidney disease: 30 women and 20 men during the years 2014-2016. It was found that polycystic renal debates childhood in about 15-16% of cases and onset at adult age in about 85% cases. Ultrasound examination is the method of screening that allows the establishment of the clinical diagnosis, after which it was detected the presence of cysts of kidney: from 2 to 4 in 32% of cases, cysts multiple 62% of cases, polycystic sole kidney 6%.

Поликистоз почек - это патология, при которой происходит образование кист в почках. Были изучены клинико-эволюционные особенности и диагностики больных с поликистозом почек. Были изучены 50 пациентов с поликистозом почек: 30 женщин и 20 мужчин на протяжении 2014-2016. Было выявлено, что поликистоз почек дебютируют в детстве примерно в 15-16% случаев и в зрелом возрасте – в 85% случаях. Ультразвуковое исследование почек позволяет установить клинический диагноз, в результате которого было выявлено наличие кист почек: от 2-4 в 32% случаев, кисты множественные 62% случаев, поликистоз единственной почки 6%.

<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Biological water splitting occurs at the oxygen-evolving complex (OEC) of photosystem II (PSII). Nowadays the laboratory synthesis of an artificial OEC has been the objective of many synthetic chemists. Particular attention has been given to mixed manganese-calcium compounds aimed at mimicking the OEC of PSII [1], not only because they are used by Nature to oxidize water but also because manganese and calcium are cheap and environmentally friendly. In efforts to construct heterometallic Mn-Ca clusters our attention focussed on using preorganised [Mn2O2(bipy)4](ClO4)3 (bipy = 2,2&rsquo;-bipyridyl) with the intention of forming an accretion with Ca(CHCl2COO)2. The structure comprises a multiple calcium(II) carboxylate bridged rod-like structure which is decorated with [Mn(bipy)2(OH2)]2+ subunits. The synthesised complex with the general formula [Mn(bipy)2Ca2(CHCl2COO)6(H2O)(CH3OH)] (<strong>1</strong>) (Fig.1) was studied by cyclic voltammetry, magnetochemistry, IR, mass- and UV-visible spectroscopy. The redox behaviour for the complex was investigated in H2O and MeCN. In the latter solvent the oxidation of the manganese ions appears to be facilitated by the presence of the calcium ions. Magnetic measurements show that the Mn moment is isotropic, with g = 1.99(1) and S = 5/2, confirming it is in the 2+ oxidation state. Field induced slow magnetic relaxation processes are detected at low temperatures</p></description>
