The quality of the cadres depends on success at the organization level. If we are talking about diplomats, then the success of their work depends on the whole country. This article presents the international practices for the selection of diplomatic staff, as well as the conditions for their preparation, an example that is also followed in the Republic of Moldova. However, an important moment is the motivation and promotion of cadres, as a success story in achieving the maximum results. Only deep understanding of the concept, good managers can use this instrument to encourage staff. Also possessing the correct techniques and tactics in order to motivate officials can act positively on the employee’s emotional state, and physical condition. Therefore motivation is an essential key that goes to the professional development of staff. |
